We couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism and workmanship from this team. We met with several different companies when deciding to replace our two A/C units and Southern Home Performance really came through. Southern Home Performance may be one of the somewhat smaller HVAC companies.... for now! But they won't be small for long. From the time I picked up the phone with my initial service inquiry until they handed me my invoice, their service was top notch. Most places have someone answer the phone who can only schedule or dispatch service. With Southern Home, Dusty picked up and not only did he patiently listen to me explain the problem with my AC unit, but he even walked through a couple of possible solutions with me. This approach let me know that he was interested in helping me fix the problem, not just interested in getting the business. The tech who came out (Will) was knowledgeable, thorough and also very patient. I couldn't ask for a better experience. He fixed my AC and explained to me what he was doing the whole time. Don't waste your time with the bigger guys, call the best guys! Great service, reasonable price, and you can trust that you're getting fair advice. These guys are just flat awesome.

Southern Home Performance installed my new HVAC/heat pump system at my rental property. I couldn't be more pleased and impressed. When I went to the property after their service, I wasn't certain that the service men had actually been there, as I did not see the usual "home service" debris and mess, commonly left by most home services! I was astounded to find that indeed my unit had been replaced with pristine surgical installation of my new low-noise High seer rated system! No muss, no fuss, no schedule changes, no repeated phone calls, no add-on costs; just plain old fashioned service, that used to be the golden rule and now, alas, has become the exception. At first I was extremely doubtful about the nature of getting a "whole-house audit". Southern Home Performance presented me with a list of energy efficiency improvements in order of priority to help me invest in the most critical improvements first to receive the largest return on the investment. They had a building science expert come out that used diagnostic tools to evaluate the efficiency of my home. The tests revealed air infiltration between the attic and the living space of my home. They were showing me their extreme knowledge of gathering scientific data, which allowed them to create a proper scope of work, specially designed for my home! I am so enlightened about the improvements to my home! Kudos to you Southern Home Performance!

I was having problems with my system, I freaked out, my friend told me to check out Southface.org for more info on quality energy efficient HVAC businesses. So I did.... Thank Goodness... I called Southern Home Performance, spoke to a live person that was knowledgeable and friendly, scheduled an appt for a tech to come out. He was not only on time he explained my system and the problem to me. I need to have my equipment serviced, I was never told that before. I have now signed up with them on a annual plan maintenance. If you are looking for a HVAC company that is friendly, knowledgeable and dependable. I highly recommend this one.

Southern Home Performance installed a Mitsubishi unit on my sun porch this past spring. For the first time since I bought my home, I can use my porch on the hottest of days. I turn the A/C on and within an hour the room is very comfortably cooled. I presume it will heat it this winter as efficiently. This has been one of the best purchases I've made in my home!
